• Acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the correct digital asset address during transfer from your wallet to an external address. The transfer of unsupported or incorrect digital assets will lead to irreversible loss, and we will not be held liable for such losses;
• Avoid making duplicate payments;
• Understand the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, the public and permanent display of your wallet address and transactions, and waive any rights of rectification or erasure of personal data;
• Comply with any tax and regulatory obligations arising from your use of our Services;
• Not introduce any harmful programs or computer code that could affect our Services negatively or gain unauthorized access to our Services;
• Not use our Services to transfer tokens derived from criminal or fraudulent activities or to launder funds;
• Agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our associated entities harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses, including legal fees arising from your violation of these T&Cs, third-party rights, any laws, rules, or regulations, or any deliberate misconduct.
